30th Annual Sea Witch Festival

If you’re in town for Halloween, you won’t want to miss the 30th Annual Sea Witch Festival. This fun event brings visitors from far and wide every year, and once you experience it, it will be easy to see why it’s one of the best Rehoboth fall events. You’ll be able to watch the Costume Parade and spot all your favorite characters, watch the adorable pooches in the Dog Parade, and participate in the Sea Witch Hunt. There are also other fun activities like hayrides, live entertainment, and, of course, trick-or-treating!

The 30th Annual Sea Witch Festival will take place on October 25, 26, and 27, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day. It is held at the Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach Resort Area. 

Thanksgiving Dinner at Summer House

Summer House Restaurant and Saloon is a great dining experience all year long, but their Thanksgiving dinner is not to be missed. Every year on Thanksgiving, Summer House rolls out all the stops and provides a traditional All-You-Can-Eat Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. Come spend quality time with your loved ones around delicious offerings like stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and all the desserts you can eat. When the night’s over, head to the nearby Tanger Outlets for your Black Friday shopping!

Summer House Restaurant and Saloon serves Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28, 2019, from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. They are located at 228 Rehoboth Avenue.

Santa’s House on the Boardwalk

Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean your kids have to miss out on Santa! Santa’s House on the Boardwalk is the perfect place to get a picture with Old Saint Nick and give him your Christmas list. Santa’s House on the Boardwalk is conveniently located on the Rehoboth Boardwalk, so once you’re done visiting, you can stroll along to browse the shops or have a sweet treat. 

Santa’s House on the Boardwalk will be open weekends from late November through Christmas. Exact dates and times will be announced closer to Christmas. There is no charge to visit Santa and be sure to bring your own camera.

Mr. Jinx New Year’s Eve at Arena’s

Once you’ve experienced the fall events near Rehoboth and have made it past the holiday season, come out to Arena’s Restaurant to ring in the New Year. To say “hello” to 2020, Arena’s is welcoming Mr. Jinx, a high-energy rock and dance band that will have you on your feet until the ball drops. There will be music from the 80s until today, so everyone in the family will hear their favorite tunes. You’ll get to experience great food, a fun atmosphere, and a quality night with your loved ones. 

Arena’s Restaurant is located at 149 Rehoboth Avenue. Mr. Jinx will perform from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. on January 1.
