Spring is Coming – Le Creuset Releases New Colors

Rehoboth Beach Vacation RentalAs a sign that spring is surely on the way in the Northern Hemisphere, high-end manufacturer of quality cookware, Le Creuset has release a new collection of four calming colors just in time to re-stock your beach house kitchens for the 2019 season.

Vacation rental guests cook, a lot! Your kitchen equipment needs to be able to take a lickin’ and keep on tickin’.

If your vacation rental property is in the medium to luxury price category, then you should take a look at Le Creuset’s cookware. Le Creuset is an investment for sure. However, it’s an investment that will repay your choice over and over for years to come, satisfying many guests in the process. It’s worth it!

Le Creuset’s spring collection is called, “The New Calm.” The color palette was, “Inspired by current trends toward clarity and intentionality.” The colors are, “Calming, comfortable hues…, the tones are compelling yet uncomplicated,” the company said.

Each of the four new shades is designed for a specific retailer and will also be sold on Le Creuset’s website. The range includes a variety of cast-iron and stoneware items, including skillets, raisers, woks, Dutch ovens, Balti dishes, saucepans, and more.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation RentalsMeringue, a luxurious, soft, soothing, elegant ivory tone inspired by the French confection. Available at Le Creuset and Williams-Sonoma.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation RentalsSea Salt, a calm mix of muted blue and pale green is inspired by the color tones of Fleur de Sel (how lovely is that?). Available at Le Creuset and Sur La Table.

Rehoboth Beach vacation rentalsFig: an earthy deep violet infused with subtle brown tones. Available at Le Creuset and Crate & Barrel.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation RentalsCoastal Blue, is an airy and inviting powdery shade of blue inspired by classic seaside clear morning skies. Available at Le Creuset and Macy’s.

Each of these tones are perfect for a beach house. You’re sure to have your favorite. You may also decide to mix it up with items from all four colors!

For me there is a clear winner: Fig. The neutral color is sure to blend with any existing color scheme. Also, with a trend for Mid-Century Modern design that is not fading away any time soon, the color is spot on and the subtle addition of a gold handle is on trend, imbuing a subtle elegance that allows the dishes to transfer well direct from kitchen prep to dining table serving.

Félicitations Le Creuset!
