Whether sitting on the back patio enjoying a cool beverage or sharing a meal cooked on the Weber grill, the focal point will be the heated in-ground pool. Kids will love playing basketball with a fun poolside court. The yard has been freshly landscaped with a sweet privacy fence for your safety. The home is also equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Inside, this retreat hosts an inviting living area with a comfortable sectional and a TV and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a gorgeous kitchen island where you can enjoy all of your meals. For added fun, enjoy a good variety of games and puzzles. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and sand toys are also available should you want to visit the sand and waves again.

Things to Know

• Rest easy, this vacation rental isn't subject to Rehoboth Beach's recent rental tax increase!
• The saltwater pool is open from May 19 until September 15.
• Pool heat is available for the entire stay or not at all. We are unable to turn it on or off during specific days for your stay. Rentals longer than one week will require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Ring doorbell (disabled) at front door.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
