My family and I were hoping the unit was as nice as the pictures and we were happy to see it was. The unit was very clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated and spacious.
Spent relaxing evenings on the top floor terrace and found the seating to be very comfortable as well as very private considering the close in location. Access to the unit was super convenient with the digital code entrance. No need to go to the management office for check-in and no need to drop off keys after the vacation. Easy in and easy out with no keys to lose.
All beds were very comfortable with memory foam (or the like) mattresses, kitchen appliances were nice and clean. Parking was great with 2 reserved spaces in front of the unit.
Oh yeah and this is a pet friendly unit also! Our 2 dogs loved the courtyard and it provided a safe atmosphere for them. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a close to Rehoboth location.

Loved the property the minute we arrived. Pros: Incredibly spacious, clean, gorgeous design, high ceilings, and extremely comfortable. TVs and full bathrooms on every floor. Stocked well. Garage if needed. And we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evenings and the gas grill was a plus! Pros: Very steep stairs on each level of 3 story townhouse (i enjoyed the exercise but others may find it difficult – elderly, small children), HBO shut off mid-week?, couldn’t find parking passes, 1.5 miles to beach but convenient to shopping, trails, grocery stores, breweries, restaurants. Would definitely rent again!!
Thank you for your reservation and for your feedback! We’re so glad that you had a good time. We wish that you had called about the parking passes so that we could have resolved for you. Also the HBO – we could’ve helped resolve that too!
Hope to welcome you back soon!
Thank you, Andy, Rental Manager.

The pictures do it justice. It is a gorgeously decorated loft townhome with great attention to detail and dog-friendly. We enjoyed the weekend with our adult children and then a quiet, relaxing week with our two small dogs. If your dog likes to bolt out the front door, recommend you bring or rent a baby gate (lesson learned hard way). The place is beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay (thanks Seachange Vacation Rentals). The first week of the summer is always iffey with weather but there’s so much more to do in Rehoboth. The outlets are amazing (no tax, don’t pack too much). The Junction Breakwater Trail is fabulous for long walks. Henlopen Park is a short drive and there are beaches where dogs are permitted. Restaurants…OMG…you have to go to Fork and Flask! The new Iron Hill Brewery restaurant opened just before Memorial Day and was perfectly on point. The new French restaurant Fable is fabulous–very small, make a reservation. Best Mexican is Cilantro downtown. Revelation Craft Brewery is literally around the corner. We will definitely be back!

This loft was very spacious and lots of lightning. Great layout and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, but needed to wear flip flops because our feet got black. Overall, a great place to stay off the beaten path. We would stay here again.
Thank you for your reservation and for your feedback.
Yes, the roof top deck is surfaced with a non-slip non-porous roofing vinyl material. Like all outdoor surfaces, best not to walk in bare feet.
We’re glad that you had a good time and hope to welcome you back soon!
Thank you, Andy, Rental Manager.

This property was awesome and in an excellent location. Such a beautiful place. Love the space, the top patio and the backyard. Wow the backyard was beautifully landscaped and loved the grill.
I would recommend this place, if I was to give it a grade it is AA+. Just a gorgeous place.

We have stayed at Rehoboth Beach a number of times and usually have paid premium for a place a block or two from the boardwalk. This year we booked late and had to settle on a place not so close…but we discovered while we were there we didn’t settle at all. I had concerns about the distance the property was from the beach and the challenges with parking but we went to the beach almost everyday and were always able to find meter parking which you could park at for 10 hours. In addition, this property was in a safe area and close to the outlet malls. And best of all, we saved a good amount by not staying a block from the beach.
We were very pleased to see how well the house was stocked. They had many of your basic stuff you want in a kitchen. The glassware, dining sets, silverware were all nice and matched! One thing they didn’t have were wine glasses but we got over that quickly. The stove was a modern stove as is the entire place.
All the bathrooms are good sizes. The garage wouldn’t be able to be used to park in because of all the stuff in there. However, in the garage they had quite a bit of stuff you might use at the beach or even just at the house itself. Was great for our bikes though.
We did not use the backyard nor the grill but I can say the backyard is very well shaded and private. If we did use it we would have been very comfortable there.
The place was also very clean and modern with comfortable beds.
I do wish there was better operating AC on 3rd floor but it wasn’t horrible. Also, the kids room is on the ground floor where the main entry/exit doors are. That did make me nervous initially to have my kids all the way down there and us all the way up on the 3rd floor. However, the property did have these rods to place under the door knobs as additional security. Certainly helped ease my concerns.
Also, the outside hose faucet didn’t work so it was always a little tricky to get the sand off our bodies before entering the house.
The little patio from the second floor is in need of a resurfacing. You wouldn’t want to be on there without your shoes. The patio on the third floor though was nice, clean and private with good furniture. Down side was you overlooked busy route 1.
Finally, though the location did not cause a problem for us it is right off of Rt 1 and you definitely hear a lot of traffic in the mornings. Wasn’t horrible but if you are a light sleeper something to keep in mind.
Thank you for your reservation and for your feedback!
Since your stay we have taken care of the issues that you reported:
- Wine glasses – have been added.
- A/C issues on the third floor have been fixed.
- Concrete patio on the second floor balcony has been re-surfaced.
- Children’s room on the first floor has been relocated to the second room (two twin beds), and the first floor bedroom now has one queen bed and one twin bed.
- The external spigot has been fixed.
Regarding traffic noise. The property is located on a service road off of Route 1 Eastbound where the traffic slows to enter downtown Rehoboth Beach at the traffic lights. This does not seem to be an issue for most people and does not crop up in reviews very often.
Thank you, Andy, Rental Manager.

Place was beautiful! Mikey was exceptionally helpful and great to work with! Only issues were air conditioning didn’t work very well on main floor and top floor. Also, we couldn’t find any wine glasses! Otherwise, great place, very fun, kids loved their own “suite”!
Thank you for your reservation and for your feedback!
The A/C issues on the third floor have now been fixed.
We have added wine glasses!

We were there for the Sea Witch weekend with friends and the rental was beautiful. It completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was nice and clean, the bedrooms were very nicely sized with adequate bathrooms as well. It’s a great rental to host a couple of small families since the bedrooms are generously sized. The kitchen is beautiful with updated appliances and is open to the living room and dining room. The side fenced in yard is nicely landscaped and is private to be used only by this rental. You don’t have to share it with other units. There is also a grill for bbqing and there is good shade for those hot summer days. There is beach equipment in the garage to use. The rental is not right on the beach but it is still within a few minutes drive to get there and parking is usually not a problem. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and are so accommodating. If you find anything lacking, just reach out to them and they will do their best to get you what you need. If you are thinking of booking, just do it! You will not be disappointed.

We had such a good time with our family at this property that we came back the next weekend for more great memories! It’s official: this is our new “vacation headquarters.” Its location is ideal, directly across Highway 1 from Jungle Jim’s, a water park that is sure to be a hit with kids and adults. It’s short drive or bike ride from the amazing Rehoboth and Dewey beaches, and walking distance from the Tanger shopping outlets. I truly recommend taking the Junction & Breakwater Trail, which passes behind the property, for strolling with a pet, jogging or biking. You will not regret coming home to this relaxing property and enjoying family time, fellowship with friends, or solitude. It’s roomy, comfortable, clean, ideally located and equipped with everything you need to make your vacation a wonderful, lifelong memory.
