Great Time

Excellent property. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to be able to walk to activities and beach

Great House!

By: Trip Date: 08/10/2019

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and all beach essentials were at the house, which made our car ride much lighter. Also, it was great that the house included bedding and towels! The house has lots of beautiful antiques, which fascinated my kids— all teenagers. But if I had younger children, I would have been nervous all week that they might break something It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and maybe slightly less to Rehoboth Avenue. While it’s a bit dark, we had no concerns about the teens walking back to the house alone at night Other than an issue with the code when we first arrived, we never needed to contact the management company. Everything was exactly as described

Great house lots of amenities nice neighborhood

Definitely would recommend

Great Stay coming Back

By: Trip Date: 07/01/2017

This house is elegant as well as comfortable. We loved the front porch and many seating areas. My family would sit on the front porch at night and relax with a glass of wine. The girls had an awesome time in the hottub. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen had everything he needed to prepare great family meals. This gave me a break, so thank you!

Loved it – Beautiful home with every amenity, walking distance to everything

By: Trip Date: 07/15/2017

We go to Rehoboth every summer, and this is the nicest house we’ve stayed in. It’s a real home, not just a beach house. Beautiful inside and out. The wrap around porch, with ceiling fans to provide a breeze and big adirondack chairs to relax in, was the highlight for me, but you could make a case for the massive master bedroom and bathroom (2 person soaking tub, walk-in shower, separate WC) as well. High ceilings, nicely decorated, lots of character, extremely clean and well-maintained, comfortable beds, keyless/keypad entry (very nice to not need to remember keys), strong central AC, big gas grill outside, new washer/dryer, even a laundry chute (which my 5 year old loved:) . . . it’d be tough to ask for much more. The master bedroom (upstairs, back of the house) is massive, but the first floor and front upstairs bedrooms, both also with en suite bathrooms, could be considered masters in their own right. The 4th bedroom is smaller, with 2 single beds, with another full bath right outside the door. I’d consider the house as sleeping 8 comfortably; there is a pull out couch on the 2nd floor for 1-2 more people, but it’s in the open, large landing off of which the other bedrooms are located – certainly doable, but no real privacy or cut-off from any noise if people are still awake downstairs. Only other thing to note is that if you’re the kind of person who thinks no day at the beach is complete without an outdoor shower, you might be a tad disappointed – there’s an outdoor showerhead in the driveway, but no privacy. Very quiet, residential street, around the corner from the playground, 15-20 min. walk to the beach/boardwalk, 5-10 min. walk to Rehoboth Ave. (we didn’t use the car all week). In general, I’d highly recommend this house for your beach vacation; we plan on staying again next year. Real estate company was extremely responsive to inquiries.

Fantastic week in Rehoboth

By: Trip Date: 07/29/2017

We stayed at 318 Laurel the last week in July 2017 and was truly amazed at the house! It was everything the website said it was, spacious and comfortable. We have been coming to Rehobeth for three years now and this was the first time we rented a home. The large kitchen and dining table made our family gatherings around meal time very homey and comfortable. Spending the mornings on the front porch with your coffee was a great way to ease into your morning. We will definitely be back!

Great house

By: Trip Date: 08/19/2017

The house is well decorated, comfortable, and very spacious. Great kitchen, we enjoyed cooking and barbecuing. The air conditioning worked well and we enjoyed walking to the beach. Would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful beach house

By: Trip Date: 07/28/2018

This house made our vacation! Every detail has been thought out here – ensuit bath in every room, coffee bar in master, fully stocked cook’s kitchen. We loved sitting out on the front porch for morning coffee. Great communication from management. We had a perfect stay and experience exceeded expectations. Welcome basket was cherry on top, many thanks!

Perfect Home and Location!!

By: Trip Date: 11/21/2018

This home was perfect for me and my family. We spend the Thanksgiving Day Holiday at this home. It was clean, spacious and stocked completely! I decided to make homemade pies once I saw the house was stocked with everything to bake. The location is perfect, house is in town and only 3 blocks from the beach. We will return soon!!

Charming house in a great neighborhood

By: Trip Date: 08/26/2017

This house is charming and well decorated. It is restored with the rustic charm of its time. The kitchen/living areas are great and where we spent most of our time while indoors. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of ceiling fans. The house had many windows which make the inside nice and bright. It comfortably sleeps 8. We did not use the pull out couch as it is right in the upstairs hallway. I do wish it had more storage as a lot of closets were locked and the dressers provided did not have enough space for us. We also could have used more cabinet space for food in the kitchen. There was a shelf available in the pantry, but we could have used more as we enjoy cooking and we do grocery shop. We did have an issue with the stove and dishwasher towards the end of the week, but it really did not affect our stay. I would imagine it will be fixed promptly.
The neighborhood is quiet and very family oriented. The house is a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We had young children and they got used to it pretty quickly. We brought a collapseable wagon and also used the wagon onsite to cart our stuff to the beach.
Overall – it was a great week and we will be back again next year!

Thanks for your review Kate. Interestingly enough this house is only 10 years old but designed to replicate a savannah plantation home. The builder must have done a great job if you thought it had been restored. With 4 closets in the house and each bedroom having a large dresser, storage is generally very plentiful. The large 3 shelf pantry in the kitchen holds lots of food. Andy, Rental Manager.

Class & Sophistication in A Rehoboth Beach House

By: Trip Date: 06/02/2018

We elected to book our week at the beach at a property that was different from the traditional 2-3 bedroom condo that has defined our annual family break for the last 25 years. We yearned for something unique, spacious, near restaurants yet quiet and above all – comfortable. What we found in this outstanding house was all of that and more.
My wife and I were stunned at the excruciating attention to detail, the top class finishes, luxurious furnishings and generous amenities. We had unfortunately become so accustomed to “just good enough” beach furniture and low def TV services that the cognitive dissonance we experienced as we settled into Villa Gracie was profound. Her favorite feature was the wrap around front porch where she spent hours reading when we weren’t watching the waves at the Laurel Street beach. I enjoyed the hot tub after my daily bike rides around Rehoboth Beach and on the Junction & Breakwater Trail. We (in our mid 50’s) and our adult children resolved to return and to hopefully establish a new family tradition. Bravo Andy, Bravo!

Large, comfortable home close to all RB amenities

By: Trip Date: 05/14/2016

This house was ideal for us. The agent was very knowledgable about the home and the Rehoboth Beach area. The booking process was easy. Our arrival was eased by the coded entry system – and we didn’t have to worry about misplacing keys during our stay! The house itself has a large kitchen / dining / living area which was where we spent most of our time when indoors. The bedrooms / ensuites are spacious, well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. The garden / porch is well cared for. The location is ideal – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and downtown (Rehoboth Ave). Highly recommended!

Great House

By: Trip Date: 08/06/2016

This house is great! It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk for my family. All rooms are large very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved that we didn’t have to worry about keys the entire vacation. Checking in with the coded entry system was so easy. The front porch was the perfect place to have my morning coffee and sit and relax in the evening. My family can’t wait to stay here again next summer!

Fantastic Beach Retreat!

By: Trip Date: 09/03/2016

The place was amazing- clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the fact we didn’t have to go to another location and stand in line to pick up the key. All we needed to do was go to the house and enter our code to the front door…so efficient! The location of the house was awesome too, walking distance to the shops and boardwalk. It was a smooth experience from start to finish!

It’s a beautiful house and a nice location.

By: Trip Date: 06/17/2017

It was very easy to feel at home with everything there that you needed. The hot tub was great! Location was perfect!

Comfortable Rental in Rehoboth Beach

By: Trip Date: 07/01/2017

We enjoyed our two weeks in Rehoboth Beach at this comfortable house on Laurel Street. The house was great with a well-stocked kitchen and good beds. The bedrooms all have a bathroom attached. The agent was super helpful and we really appreciated how quickly Mikey responded any time we had an issue with the house. The property was perfect for our family with grown children. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, less to downtown. We like the coded entry system – very easy to use without the worry of keeping up with keys. The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and makes it easy to have a group there. We enjoyed the front porch and back yard – comfortable for eating outside. We were disappointed that the bikes mentioned in the online information were not there and we had to rent bikes from a business downtown. Bikes make it much more enjoyable to get around town. Overall, this is a well-cared for house and we highly recommend.

Thanks for staying with us. We are happy that you had a great vacation. Unfortunately the bikes that the owner purchased for this property were stolen the week before your stay. The owner has now replaced the bikes. Andy, Rental Manager.

Luxury home on quiet street walking distance to everything

By: Trip Date: 07/14/2018

My family of five with twin 8 year olds and a 18 year old stayed at this home for a week in July. The layout of this house was perfect for our family with a bathroom in every bedroom. Having one bedroom on the first level was perfect for my 18 year old to have privacy at night to stay up later. Our favorite spot was the front porch where we spent every morning eating breakfast and every evening reminiscing about our day. The location provides quiet yet is in walking distance to everything! The beach is about a 12 minute walk and restaurants about 5. My 8 year olds had no problem at all walking around. My husband drove the car closer to the beach in early mornings to ensure a close spot with all of gear and walked back. This allowed us to walk only with our cooler in the Wagon provided by the house. We made great memories on our trip and would return next time we go to Rehoboth!

Manager’s Reply: Thank you for your reservation and for your feedback! We’re so happy that you had a great time and enjoyed this beautiful house. Whenever I go in this house to check it, I don’t want to leave! I share your love of this house. The layout and amenities are top notch! Hope to see you again. Please share this site so that others can enjoy our properties. Andy Meddick.

Plenty of Room for our Family
