Spacious 2-bed, 2-bath Craftsman style single family home. Located in the serene community of Harmon Bay, a very short drive into downtown Rehoboth Beach or to the Jungle Jims water park just up the road. 2 assigned parking spaces behind the house, plus one street parking permit for non-metered spots in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Great screened in porch in the rear of the home. Nice front porch to sit and watch the world go by. The layout of the house is great for gathering. Enjoy the benefit of a small, friendly community with a short trip to the beach. Laze the time away at the community pool or the nearby Jungle Jims Water Park for those days at those times when you want a break from the sand! Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 (4 in beds in bedrooms and an additional 2 on a queen sleeper sofa in the living room). We recommend you purchase optional travel insurance through RedSky Travel to protect your trip.

Great house clean comfortable easy to get to

We loved the house. Beds were comfortable the amenities were modern. We took the bikes for a ride around the neighborhoods. While we did not use the grill it was a nice option to have. Our 7 year old loved having a pool to wander down to in the afternoon.

We had a wonderful vacation! We loved the house and all of the room it had to offer. The house was clean and well maintained with all kinds of great places to relax. We loved the pool! It was perfect for kids because the majority of it was 3 feet deep. Can’t wait to go back!

Really enjoyed our time at this vacation home. The home was beautiful and had a welcoming feel. The bed was comfortable, which is important if I am staying a week anywhere.

The house is situated close (about a mile) to Gordon’s Pond Bike Trail. We found three bikes and helmets in the shed for our use. The trail is flat and scenic. During our ride we saw 4 baby deer, a snapping turtle and a rabbit.

The home is a close drive to where the action is downtown yet when you return home you can sit on the front porch or on the screened porch out back and enjoy peace and quite.

For me, the best of both worlds! I highly recommend this vacation home.


Beautiful and Fun Location!

We had such a great time here! I took my 13-year-old and her buddy to Rehoboth for a little beach time this summer, and this cottage was perfect! It’s beautiful inside, and very roomy. It’s centrally-located and just a short drive to the beach and water park. If you’re not in a beach mood, there’s a lovely screened-in porch for relaxing with a book; a pool; and a lovely tree-lined road for bike riding. For fall or winter visits, there’s also a beautiful fireplace. I highly recommend it!

All I can say is that we are looking forward to our next visit. There is so much to do in the Rehobeth Beach area (food tours, state park hikes and bikes, boating/sightseeing tours, relaxing). Claire’s place is clean and welcoming. Love the front porch and enclosed patio for morning coffee and evening wine down. She is definitely the “hostess with the mostest!” You will not be disappointed.

Nice quiet neighborhood – perfect for a week at the beach. The house was very comfortable and included all the amenities needed for a fun week. There is easy access by car to downtown, the boardwalk and the beach. Nice area to bike and enjoy nature. I would highly recommend this property.


stunning vacation home!

Wonderfully appointed modern yet cozy vacation home with beautiful screened porch. For bird lovers we saw an Eagle and two varieties of hawks with morning coffee while hanging out on the porch! The kitchen is set up for perfectly fun meal-making. There is a great pool at the property and a very short drive to beaches, nature walks, nature bike trails, and many family attractions. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the great location and the quiet area . Easily ride bikes to the bay, Easy access to Rehoboth Ave and attractions. , only a short drive to all the beaches . Great pool for those days you just want to lounge .
