Beautiful like-new townhouse in the very popular gated community known a The Tides. Located on Rehoboth Avenue Extended at the entrance to downtown Rehoboth Beach. Community has access to the serene Junction and Breakwater walking/running/cycling trail that connects Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Just one mile to the beach and boardwalk. Guests can use the community pool and hot tub. The house is beautifully decorated. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Sleeps 9 (7 in beds in bedrooms and an additional 2 on a queen sleeper sofa in the living room). Two bicycles and ping pong tbale in garage for guest use. Easy access to the Tanger Outlets also. We recommend you purchase optional travel insurance through RedSky Travel to protect your trip.

Would rent this property again in a heart-beat!

Our family vacationed in Rehoboth from 8/5/17 to 8/12/17, and this was our get-away trip of the summer! Although we would have loved to be beach front, we started planning too late to find a reasonable property. However, Sandy Bottom didn’t disappoint.

It is located in the midst of the main shopping district for Rehoboth, which our teenagers found to be a real plus. It was very accessible and close to all attractions. Plus, the Sussex Y was within close walking distance, so we were able to use our YMCA guest membership at that facility throughout the week.

The living area was spacious and the entire condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-supplied, which we enjoyed because we “ate in” for many of our meals. We loved having a washer/dryer available so we could keep up with our laundry, and avoid having to do that chore when we got home. We appreciated the keyless entry, so everyone could come and go without having to keep track of actual keys. Check-in and check out were a breeze.

The owners graciously supplied 2 bicycles and beach equipment, which came in handy throughout the week. We love the beach but need our pool time too. The pool in the complex was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures.

One feature that we felt would have made the unit even greater, would have been an outdoor porch/patio, but it didn’t detract from our experience.

Great place to stay in Rehoboth Beach!

My family really enjoyed staying at this modern , well furnished, and comfortable condo. The Realty company did a great job of making sure that visitors have everything they need to enjoy this place. The location is about a mile from the beach, and just the right location to enjoy everything that Rehoboth Beach has to offer. We highly recommend this as a place to stay.


Beautiful Unit, Great Pool

My family really enjoyed this rental. Great location. We were able to ride our bikes in to town each day, and really enjoyed a beer at the Revelation Brew Company. The pool in this community was stunning. We loved the fountains.
