Clean, well laid out, great appliances, great beds, 4 bathrooms. Only thing missing was the dishes -- it needs a lot more dishes for a family of 5 plus, we told them, and I think they will respond.

A two word summary would be Relaxing and Thoughtful. But let me break that down. My wife, myself, and our three kids loved our experience here. We had two other couples and their children join us as well for part of the time and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place is extremely private/quiet (dead end street) but still within walking distance to some seriously tasty eateries (surf bagel and a wood fire pizza joint). It was also within walking distance to go kart racing and outlets for shopping. There is a bike/running trail close by as well. The drive to the beach took 12 minutes each way (highly recommend parking on Maryland ave - it's one street over from the main street and not packed with other people so you can get close). The house location was ideal. But the house itself (and the things included) was what really impressed us. The layout was spacious, practical, and homey. All of the bedrooms (except 2 that are side by side) are spread out so the noise isolation (especially with young children and a new born) was perfect. The beds and the seating throughout the place were all comfortable. There is an oversized sectional in the downstairs living room as well as two additional comfy seats and then the 8 person dining table and 4 person bar seating at the island meant everyone could fellowship together and still be spread out. The extra living room upstairs was ideal for our young kids to play in the morning so they weren't waking the people in the downstairs bedrooms. The three full baths made it extra functional. Then there was the full kitchen - i've never been to a vacation property that had everything I needed in the kitchen. There's usually small things like forgetting plastic bags, or clips for the chips, or a high chair for the baby. But they had all that. Coffee and pod maker, large island with seating and a large dining table in an open floor plan with the living room. So much silverware, plate ware, and drink ware that you wouldn't have to run the dishwasher for several days. And a ton more. Everything you need for full meal prep was there. There was a laundry room. A front porch with rockers. A back porch with tables, seating and a grill. And enough yard space to play games. The intentionality continued beyond the kitchen to the rest of the house. There was a pack and play with fitted sheets. Toys for our 2 and 3 year olds. Extra cozy blankets in every closet. A bed for our dog (would not have known this was a dog friendly property by the look - it was spotless). There were even desks in the bedrooms for those like me that have to take the occasional video call. The main floor was on a separate thermostat from upstairs. And the upstairs had individual temp control in each room and the living room so everyone could set their temp comforts for bedtime. We also appreciated the nice but minimal decor - less things for the kids to get into but still welcoming. This place was well thought out and relaxing. Thank you!
